Body
Our Body is our Temple – our vehicle to have experience. Through our senses, we experience the outer world and our emotions are our inner experience. This perfect machine needs accurate treatment and nourishment to be healthy.

Mind
We experience self and others, relationships with the other, and with Our Self. We experience Emotions and Thoughts. We experience our own Minds.

Spirit
Our Spirit is one with Source. Our Spirit can realize the Oneness in all existence and Be One with All. Our Spirit can observe and be related to the greater Spirit – To existence itself.

It’s Spirit that leads you to me. I support you to express your Spirit and be in Health on all the levels

My Background

I am a medicine woman. I'm a rebirther. I'm a mother. I'm a natural medicine practitioner. I'm a lover. I'm an art therapist. I'm a truthseeker. I have feminine wisdom. I'm with spirit. I'm a dancer. I am a leader for transformation. I am a master and a student. I'm good with myself. I know what you are going through. I love to be present for you. I am happy to serve you. 

My Hero's Journey and Training as a holistic healer started in 1991. 

I was a young woman in crisis and I prayed to existence: "If something like God, Angels, and Spirit guides exists, you can take my life for service."
I did not know what to do with my life.

Spirit answered and the healing journey started. My Prayers were answered - fast. It was 1991 when I started to meditate and my training. I studied Buddhism and Yoga and Natural Medicine.
What I did not know was that it will be a lifelong journey.
