I’m Renate Renee Neikes, and I’m a creative, multipotential, multicultural, holistic health and happiness coach and consultant. My purpose is to develop myself to be access to health, wellness and freedom for all sentient beings.
I love to support people in creating freedom in their lives. I do that in many ways. 

I believe we all can be happy, healthy, and prosperous—but it’s not always easy to find the time or know where to start. That’s why I created my services: so you can focus on what matters most to you without having to worry about how to get there.

As a life coach, naturopath and art therapist, my approach is based on the belief that our creativity naturally flows outwards when we feel good inside. I aim to help people heal from within, so they can express their authentic, healthy and happy selves.

Holistic health is an approach to life that considers multidimensional aspects of wellness.

It encourages individuals to recognize the whole person: physical, mental, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual.

Ancient Holistic Traditional Health

It encourages individuals to recognize the whole person:

physical, mental, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual.

The individual is an active participant in their health decisions and healing processes, including wellness-oriented lifestyle choices. Holistic approaches to health are derived from ancient healing traditions that help to achieve higher levels of wellness and prevent disease. These approaches include the use of traditional medical systems, mind-body-spirit interventions, manipulative and body-based approaches, biological-based therapies, and energy therapies.

Most of these approaches are used in combination with each other and with conventional medicine to provide a holistic and integrated approach to health. These traditional holistic approaches focus on the use of food, herbs, supplements, teas, homeopathic remedies, and essential oils as “medicine”.

Movement, dancing, singing or chanting, sound, and vibration, drumming, prayer, meditation, mindfulness, and touch are examples of activities that are included in holistic approaches.

Reiki Healing
What is Reiki?

Reiki (ray-key) is the multi-faceted spiritual energy that can be used to help people with meditation practices, spiritual growth, healing relationships, a manifestation of goals, and activating the Divine healing power within all living beings. Our physical body is alive because of the “Life Force Energy” that is flowing through it. If our Life Force is low or blocked, it impacts our wellbeing and personal health. Reiki is an energy that works on the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. The technique increases one’s Life Force Energy that brings the body back into balance promoting a healthier life.

The knowledge of invisible energy that flows through all living things has been part of the wisdom of many cultures for thousands of years. The existence of Life Force Energy has even been documented by scientific experiments. Medical doctors are now looking at the role Reiki plays in the functioning of the immune system and the healing process.


Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

Mindfulness is a quality that every human being already possesses, it’s not something you have to conjure up, you just have to learn how to access it

When we’re mindful, we reduce stress, enhance performance, gain insight and increase our attention to others’ well-being.

Rebirthing integrative Breath Work

Rebirthing is a safe and natural breathing method that connects us with our subconscious mind – the house of our deepest thoughts, beliefs, and desires. As well as being a form of therapy that can help with any issue, from depression to relationship difficulties, it is also a simple tool to get to know yourself better.

Most importantly, however, it is an ongoing transformational process that helps us master our mind and body, eventually enabling us to achieve a blissful and abundant state in our daily lives.  

By using the breath in a circular way, which means without pausing between the inhale and the exhale, and energy flow is created in the body. This energy flow gently “forces out” or helps release stuck negative emotions which are stored in the “cellular memory” of the body. As these emotions are integrated and the breathing and energy flow continues, the breather goes a level deeper and achieves profound states of bliss, clarity, and understanding about themselves or a specific issue they are dealing with. Ultimately, after a rebirth, a person feels calm, clear, and liberated, often significantly changing the way they feel about themselves or a situation and experiencing a lasting personal transformation.

Rebirthing breathwork is greatly healing on all levels – physical, spiritual, psychological, and emotional – and combined with affirmative thinking and other creative techniques, it is an excellent tool for self-development. Gentle and pleasurable but also dynamic and powerful, it teaches us to balance our lives and be in harmony with ourselves and our environment.- integrative Breath Work

This is the opportunity to spend a day with integrative breathwork and rebirth yourself. Rebirthing is a gentle transformative breathwork method, that allows us to enter in our inner intimate space supported by others. Each breathing session is about 60 min. We will take the necessary time to prepare and integrate the experience with creative methods and movement. You will be emotionally unblocked with the experience of space and love. Your awareness will increase. It will be a blissful day to be reborn.

The Pheonix method  combines ancient ceremonial tradition with quantum physics and neuroscience. It is possible to change and transform our neuronal system in a very short time. Through higher states of consciousness and heart coherence, mindfulness, breathwork and you work on your vision. This Retreat is the turning point. Like a Phoenix you will rise out of the ashes of the old person into the empowered new you with high potential and possibility. The Phoenix symbolizes your transformation on your way of being with yourself and the world.

In Chinese culture, the phoenix symbolizes feminine grace because of the beauty and graceful flight dance. If you look the pictures of phoenix and dragon together, they represent the harmony of yin and yang.

Phoenix = feminine grace – yin Dragon = masculine strength – yang.

I am motivated to serve to create balance, empowerment, and self-expression in individual lives, organizations, and global communities. 

I am driven by the profound awakening to the nature and capacity of humankind and empathy for people and creation. I am in service to provide you with various methods to create balance, health, empowerment and pergformance connected to your teams and organizations.

I am born in Germany and live in Vancouver since 2014. I am a proud mom of two extraordinay adult daughters and I speak German, French, and English.
I am walking on this medicine way since 1989 and experienced the rising of the Phoenix and transformation to always new levels of consciousness and self expression of my divine connection with spirit and all that is.
